Nate grew up a few miles west in Waynesville, NC. His experiences working with his father, a residential contractor established and developed his interest in the built environment eventually leading to an education in architecture.
Nate aspires to increase the quality of the built environment in the region that he is proud to call home through designs that bear in mind contextual influences as well as a knowledge of tectonics and construction practices.
Outside of work Nate enjoys spending time with his wife Cindy and daughter Reese, watching the Vols play some football, volunteering at his local church, and tinkering in wood and metal shops.
